Every model something has been published against. This registry hosts none of them; each id is a reference to wherever the model actually lives. A vector is a tensor in one model's basis at one layer, so it does nothing for another model. Pick the one you are working with.

Artifact count is a fact about how much has been published for a model, not a measure of quality, and a model with one artifact is not worse than a model with four.
kind and hook_point are open strings. The values in the sidebar are whatever the corpus contains, not a permitted set, and an artifact whose kind nothing recognizes is still stored and still shown.
